Nina - Clinic Director

Having been an athlete herself, Nina is our go-to kinesiologist for all your athletic injury and active rehabilitation needs. By assessing patient’s movement patterns through activity, Nina is best able to strengthen, mobilize, and facilitate imbalances and injuries. She finds nothing more satisfying than watching the confidence of patients rise within themselves and their bodies as they conquer new goals both in the gym and out.

Aside from working with athletes, her passion is working with neurological injuries such as traumatic spinal cord injuries and stroke. Working within the patient’s limitations, through specific movement programming, she loves watching patient’s push boundaries that they never thought possible.

Nina prides herself in running the clinic on an active care approach - healing the body through movement.
